Lately I’ve been trying to eat a lot healthier, I’ve been doing a few things around the kitchen and replacing a few items that you would usually use, a good example is lettuce. Instead of using lettuce on sandwiches and other things you would typically use it on I replace it with spinach. Also try throwing it into a smoothie, you don’t even notice that it’s there! With the amount of nutrition that comes packed in these leafy greens it is a good choice for you to make the switch as much as you can.
