I can’t even take credit for this awesome delicious quick and easy mascarpone pasta recipe I’m about to show
you. The other day one of my good friends came over and decided to make ME some
dinner, who’s going to turn that down. Anyways she said to me that she found
this recipe when she was watching the food network with (Chef Michael Smith,
Chef Michael’s Kitchen) and he made this super easy and delicious past recipe.
With that being said we had to try it man was it ever good. I provided how to
make it below try it !
Ingredients
1 454 g of any pasta you like (penne)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 150g package of pancetta, chopped
1 125g package of prosciutto, chopped
NOTE: The meats Prosciutto or Pancetta listed above are great, but I suggest adding less because I found it to be salty. Also try substituting the meat with bacon, who doesn’t love bacon?
1 cup mascarpone cheese
4 egg yolks
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 bunch fresh oregano, chopped or the dry stuff from the bag
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 150g package of pancetta, chopped
1 125g package of prosciutto, chopped
NOTE: The meats Prosciutto or Pancetta listed above are great, but I suggest adding less because I found it to be salty. Also try substituting the meat with bacon, who doesn’t love bacon?
1 cup mascarpone cheese
4 egg yolks
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 bunch fresh oregano, chopped or the dry stuff from the bag
The first thing you’re going to want to do is cut the prosciutto
and the pancetta into small pieces. Honestly you’re going to want to use a good
knife, the knife I had wasn’t the greatest so we had to rip the meat into
tinier pieces. Put oil into a hot pan and throw the meats in, make sure you
cook them unit they are nice and crisp.
In a separate bowl whisk together the mascarpone, eggs and
parmesan oregano
Cook the pasta until its al dente that would be at least 8-10
minutes. ( we decided to go with penne pasta)
Now throw the pancetta, prosciutto and the penne into the bowl of the sauce that you have
made it in, and stir everything together
DONE now enjoy your delicious mascarpone pasta
